About Amida Care Amida Care is a private, nonprofit community health plan that specializes in providing comprehensive health coverage and coordinated care to Medicaid members living with or placed at elevated risk for HIV, as well as other complex conditions and behavioral health disorders. We currently serve 8,000 members throughout the five boroughs of New York City, including people living with HIV/AIDS; people who are experiencing homelessness, regardless of HIV status; and people of transgender experience, regardless of HIV status.

Amida Care’s mission is to provide access to comprehensive care and coordinated services that facilitate positive health outcomes and the general well-being of our members.

I need to be able to keep track of my Healthy Rewards card balances without having to call every time. The app is showing a blank screen and needs to be fixed!

As an Amida Care member, we’re regularly told in printed, snail-mailed material to use this app to access important info. Unfortunately, it *never* works! Now it gives just a blank white screen. Stop stressing your members out with badly maintained tech. DO BETTER!
