The MyCare app offers health-related services that provides an easy management of customer requests, so it’s easily accessible anytime and anywhere.

It has various features to help you manage your requests such as primary care changes, request form 1095A, request ID card, update or renew application, request a copy of summary of benefit, and help with any payment services.

. Request update Family Doctor: with one-click you can send a request to our customer service to update a family doctor with your health plan.

. Request ID Card: our customer service can help you order a physical card to your home address in 7-10 business days. You also can get a copy of your digital ID card through MyCare APP

. Request Form 1095A: we can help client to get the form by mail, text, or email through the APP

. Summary of Benefits: clients can request a copy of their health plan policy through the APP

. Renew or Update Application: clients can request update information or renew their plan through the APP.

. Help with Pay Bill: clients can request help with any questions regarding their medical bill or help with payments.
