After trying multiple different fitness apps over quite a few years, but not really ever getting stronger, I found Ladder and my muscles! I am stronger than I’ve ever been. Love the coaching guidance through every workout and every lift. Love that I can take it to the gym or I can do the same workouts at home with limited equipment. Love that I can also track my nutrition and even get some guidance there too by my coach. Love that there is such a variety of coaches to chose from depending on your goals, but honestly Coach Andre on Crews Control is the best and has gotten me my gains!
