As an athlete who has had a few coaches, trained on my own for a few years, and has been a coach. I think this app is great. I love that you can track progress and see different styles of training and coaching. I’ve always done “more is better” and this helped me to change that mindset My only complaint is it’s not on android yet and my steps don’t directly connect to garmin.
