The coaching feature is an absolute joke. You take the the time to fill out the evaluation and then 1) never get a response and 2) can’t send a message to follow up.

The app lacks basic common sense features. For example it is very difficult to find how to row in freestyle mode (free to use & no charge). The app is designed to force you to pay for a subscription for classes and so on. It also does not sync with Strava, which really needs to be added!! All this said I love the rowing machine itself!! Highly recommend the hardware!!! I bought the add on to record distance rowed and that keeps me tied to this app, unfortunately. Sigh.

Good workouts but it’s crazy you can’t look at a detailed log to know what weight you last lifted do a particular exercise. You’re asked to track that level of detail but then there is no way for the user to view it. Come on, Lit - that’s BASIC FUNCTIONALITY for a lifting app.
