I love this app! Programming is straightforward and takes the guesswork out of it! I wake up early to work out and it’s so easy to just press play, while being able to record your progress! I’ve used other apps and what I love is that I can easily look back at what weight or amount of reps I did in the past! Progressive overload!

Tami gets it when it comes to sustainable and realistic approaches to fitness and nutrition. All of her workouts are between 30 and 45 minutes along with minimal equipment in addition to many delicious meals. $25 a month is a steal!

I’ve been using this app for a little over a year now. I love it! It’s quite simple to use and very customizable. The creator Tami is right there with you every day, being so relatable and encouraging! She shares helpful tips along the way and is very timely in getting back to her community of app users. The personal connection is really what makes this app different than many others in my opinion; she really cares and you can tell she is super mindful about everything she does! Very fair price point too.
