Every workout is guided by Laurie and includes clear demo videos, detailed cues for proper form, and a focus on muscle engagement so you get the most out of every rep with the ability to do the workouts at home or take them with you to the gym.

BEGINNER BURN PROGRAM New to lifting or getting back into a routine? Beginner Burn teaches you the foundations of strength training in a supportive, easy-to-follow way. You’ll build confidence, master proper form, and feel yourself getting stronger week by week. Every phase is thoughtfully designed to help you move safely, understand your body, and start lifting like a pro.

I spent months searching for a weight training program that would take me from absolute zero gently and safely into a consistent lifting program. I decided to try Lifting Ladies, and I realized from day one it was perfect for me! Laurie delivers lots of cues and modifications to protect your back and knees. Her Beginner Burn program is a perfect place to start if you’re curious about getting into weight training! Her videos are down to earth, nothing flashy, and always very encouraging. If you love to work out with your dogs hanging around, you’ll love her videos! I started last summer, and although I’ve had stops and starts, I have made big gains in my strength and flexibility. If you’re hesitant to pull the trigger, give this program a shot!
