Users largely want better real-time tracking and mapping. The app’s positives are limited to mobile ticketing, but it is plagued by frequent logouts, unreliable real-time data, lack of in-app maps/GPS, outdated route info, and passes that disappear or fail to work.

Real-time arrivals are unreliable or just show the scheduled time; no true live bus position.
No in-app map or GPS tracking; planning often opens external Google Maps; mapping/route info is poor.
Outdated/suspended routes (e.g., 101) still shown and schedules are often incorrect.
Passes can disappear or be unusable (QR code issues and related wallet problems).

Recent reviews

This app has issues with opening on my iPhone. I have deleted other apps in an attempt to see if this app would open. It doesn’t! I have to constantly delete and then download this app until it finally begins to work.
