ZipPass tickets didn’t have an expiration date, so when I received my transferred tickets, I did not like the expiration date. It’s also way out of date so I can’t even refund it. I’m stuck with a ticket that I’m not going to be able to use and will expire in October.

First zip passes are turned into one pass which is dumb and second the app is even harder to navigate than zip passes plus you can’t use more than one phone for your account so my two phones that I alternate can’t happen anymore. You can only do it 3 times it seems. This change is ridiculous and it’s probably gonna get someone into trouble because you barely even advertised it
