Today, World Cup 2026 in Miami. The App is down. Cannot buy Weekend (Discount) pass or ANY ticket on Tri-Rail. Total Failure. Ticket Machines do NOT sell discount tickets, even tapping a Tri-Rail Discount Fare Easy Card. Still No Transfer (cash balance) Capabilities. Designed & Operated by folks who never rode public transit.

Unable to add payment method, I get a blank white page; called customer care; after you press 1 for English, line gets cut automatically

I didn’t want to download this app I wanted to buy a physical ticket but of course the stations ticket machines are down and they won’t fix them because they want you to use this stupid app! I’m so tired of having to download apps to do simple things like ride a train or a damn bus! I entered my card info twice and it declined my transaction not to mention the ticket machine took $10 from my Venmo account even though I cancelled the transaction. You guys need to fix the machines and this stupid app. Until then I’m not paying to ride the train!
