I love that the app appropriately words the buttons. Instead of saying “add bag.” The button says “add extra bag,” reminding you your bag is already included in your ticket. Well done for the honesty Brightline, some companies bank in the confusion of wording.

We did not know about Brightline until it was mentioned in social media. We are driving to Miami to join a cruise but did not really want to drive all the way there. After many youtube reviews and guides, we decided to give it a try and we are so happy that we did. Brightline’s trains and stations are clean, organized and easy to navigate. I hope the management will be able to maintain this. I wish our state where we came fron has one too.
