I am a former Assistant Comptroller for NYS. INTERNET security was one aspect of my work. I know a little bit about technology including interface design and security. I find the CDPHP APP interface less than user friendly. I do not find it easy to locate the details of my plan and its components. In particular I could not find anything about hearing care/hearing aids. What am I missing. I would like a new pair of hearing aids and would like access to an updated provider list.
