The AI chatbot is useless. I can’t just ask my question, I have to select the category that I need help with. I don’t work in insurance and I don’t know. Get transferred to a live agent. Yesterday ai was told my account is handled by someone else, chat disconnected . Today I had a very unresponsive agent . Many minutes of dead air.

I can’t even enter my Member ID. The field will literally not allow any characters to be entered whatsoever. Anyone giving the app five star has to be a bot or a crackhead. If you’re reading this and gave the app anything more than a star, please find the nearest building at least several stories high to ensure you can reach terminal velocity. You know what to do after. The developers can do the same to be honest.
