I snail mail my claims in now because there's no straightforward way to enter them in the app. Help desk told me to submit under "claim status request" or something. But the claims were never being processed. It's actually easier for me to deposit checks for thousands of dollars in my bank app than submit a claim for a $60 copay.

Trash. I made a payment on the app bc listening to them smack you in the face with all their automated customer service voice while on hold. Still had to wait hours for it to go through. They already took my money. Why can't I get my God damn prescription???
