I have several issues with this app. I downloaded it to strengthen my knees doing one of the challenges. But within the challenge, there are no instructions on the exercises, and if you go out of the exercise routine to check the exercise instructions, you have to repeat it from the beginning. Also, several exercises that should really be done slowly on both sides were only offered once with no time or cue to switch sides. The app has promise, but not as currently built. I’m glad I only spent $0.99 on it and wish I hadn’t even spent that!
