However, recurring issues include limited in-app editing, weak search for tickets, lack of in-app commenting, reliability/compatibility problems on newer iOS builds, and missing location details (store addresses) in the UI. It’s fast and helpful but needs parity and stability improvements for field work.

  • Limited in-app editing (cannot change priority or place tickets on hold; editing submitter's prioritization is not available)
  • Poor search/find capability, making it hard to locate tickets, especially closed/resolved ones
  • In-app commenting and updates are limited (can't add comments from the app; some updates require a desktop)
  • Reliability issues and compatibility problems on newer iOS builds (slow, broken, or app crashes)
  • Missing location/address data (store address vs. store number; header shows address to aid routing)
