I had a baby a year and a half ago. Before that, I was a student athlete and in the gym all the time. I was active, strong and motivated. I had a really rough pregnancy and was not able to workout or feel myself. I've tried other apps, workout guides, at home fitness equipment and could not stick to any of it. None of it felt like me or got me off the couch from a long day of being a high school teacher and coming home to parent. But Katie gets me moving. She makes me feel strong, happy, confident and like myself again. I am incredibly grateful for her and this app. This app is built beautifully. Thank you thank you thank you.
