I usually never bother reviewing things but this app is first thing that ever got me exercising consistently in my life. It’s so customizable with difficulty level, length of workout, and even lets you swap out individual moves in a workout which has allowed me to finally properly exercise while still accommodating injuries and my small apartment space. Cheaper than basically any gym membership in NYC and has so many options. Also love that it keeps track of a streak for you but it’s not shame-y – if you do just one thing for the week, that counts. It’s really helped me maintain consistency that I don’t have to feel locked in to a super rigid weekly plan. Highly recommend!
