I started using the Le Sweat app in 2020. I was newish to working out and joking told myself I would come out of the pandemic with a 6-pack. The punchline came true. I’ve done Le Sweat workouts nearly every day since then (6 years and counting). I have never gotten bored and I continue to find ways—thanks to Charlie—to increase the challenge level, growing my strength and mobility. 5 stars. 10/10. Life changing.

i’ve used le sweat for 5 years now and can confidently say it has led to me having a consistent exercise routine for the first time in my life. if charlee ever moves on from the app or her workouts i’ll be truly lost. it’s the best.
