The app contains lots of inaccurate information. It will say that you should contact a center by phone but it is not possible to directly call a center because all calls go to a central call center. This is doubly confusing because the only thing the person at the call center will say is that they have no access to any information and that you need to contact the center directly, which they will also tell you is not possible for you to do. There is an AI chat bot but that bot also has no useful information. BioLife seems to have completely abandoned their customer service infrastructure.
