I can’t log into the app at all. I give it my donor number and it tells me to select a contact method, but I can’t select my phone number or email. It tells me to contact my donor center if there are issues. My donor center says everything looks correct on their end.

This app has a lot of good ideas but they are not executed terribly well. Something that it struggles with especially are dates and times… Between payroll, donation dates and the planner, the app is, all around, quite confused with the calendar. Another feature that would be excellent, having come from BioLife, is the ability to schedule an appointment, to know definitively when the busier times are in the clinic, not guessing or hoping for the best.
