Frequent login failures and being kicked out of the app; users cannot sign in for extended periods.
The app keeps prompting to update or says a new version is required even when the latest version is installed, creating a loop.
App instability and crashes post-update, with issues occurring on both iOS and Android and sometimes requiring reinstall.

Recent reviews

The app is very temperamental and only works when it wants. It constantly logs you out completely where you have to delete it and reinstall and re-enter all your information. After over 150 “donations” an app should not be a constant hassle especially for the little bit of money we get paid for that $10,000 jug of plasma twice a week.

From the first time I donated until now the staff is always friendly the place is always clean good atmosphere good workers I have small veins but they still manage to stick me right it’s easy an comfortable place they take care of you I highly recommend them
