I have never received an email for my express pass, my emails work btw. This app constantly signs me out and makes me sign back in. The plasma center itself takes me forever with screening people like Jesus. I've been going to Octapharma for about 5 years now and the experience has just gotten worse over time.

Terrible app it's very basic it's convenient compared to the super slow tablets they have but you can't change your email and I lost my gift card in the email process since they sent it to a private relay id with Apple.
