From bad to worse, with each update. I donate at two different locations. When I select " different location" it automatically takes me to Texas when I live in California. As others have written, confirm appointment button is non clickable. This is unacceptable, especially when you consider the amount of money that they taking in based on the chump change they pay us....Spend the damn money on a decent I. T. team to fix this slow glitchy app

Gary Reith, 2025-01-27App was working fine until the last couple of updates when they completely broke the ability to schedule, reschedule appointments. Many people have complained about this. Now every time I need to make any kind of new appointments or adjustments I have to uninstall and reinstall the app. They've been notified numerous times. They should just roll back the last changes and fully test any new changes before they push out another update.
