Ken and everyone who assisted me when I had to set up a new plan when my husband went on Social Security has been fantastic. Getting the payment moved to the new account when the incorrect payment was taken by automatic withdrawal fir my cancelled plan and to remove my email so I could use it with my new policy was so easy once I explained my needs. I really appreciate the call backs during each step of the process as I am very ill with a chest cold at the worse time possible. Thank you very much.
