Recent reviews

This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used with horrible customer service. It’s never worked from the start and nobody at customer service can help. They asked the same question 10 times in a row and I keep continuing to answer and it’s so frustrating that I’m gonna move away from this company and I would recommend never using this app.

I have had 2 Transit products on my account for multiple years. However the customer support person kept insisting that I do not, and I could not, for the life of me, make him agree that I do.

I can log in fine, but once I’m in, and select my HSA account, I get an error that the system can’t connect me to my account. This has been for some months now.
