this app is the worst! every update kicks out trusted devices and ends up taking 3 phone calls to get logged back in. it doesn't give you all the information you need and it's ridiculously clunky to navigate. something that should take minimal time literally takes all day- it's so bad it's actually made us rethink whether having an fsa card is worth the time we waste dealing with optum.
