Recent reviews

I had to keep logging in w/a verification code over & over, although it may have been less than a minute between activities. The ver. code came through once via text, but therafter, I could only receive it by phone, & it was very awkward switching between the phone app to respond to the "press # to hear your code" & the Optum app to enter the code. Then, I had to add to my order to get it to $35 just to place it, & had to reset my password (!) & go through about 3-4 more codes to do that. Grrr

This is one of the WORST apps I have ever seen! Complete garbage! Save yourself a headache and use their website instead of this junk. This app kept telling me I didn't have an account and I do! I've used it before via the web address. All the information was correct, but it failed, several times! It doesn't even deserve one star. Total POS! I wasn't logged in on the website when I tried to use the app. I carefully tried to login several times and did nothing wrong. Your bad app needs testing!
