I having turbo time login in my account

NEVER up to date! Better to go online direct. The mobile app isn't worth bothering with I just spent 30 minutes to find out I could do my fingerprint online but not on the mobile app no one at the office seemed to know the answer and I was given a mobile support number supposedly for tech, but no they didn't. The app doesn't work with biometrics. Now they've removed a medication that's life-saving for me and are making me go elsewhere and pay for it instead of getting 90 days worth for free.
