I don't want to blame the app necessarily, but the only option is to request a refill. No way to make a payment or see pending medications already filled waiting to be picked up or mailed. The app does not close the gap with a pharmacy who is only open banking hours. Not the apps fault either.

Never received a verification email. No way to request it be resent, can't log in without clicking verification link that was supposed to be received I. The email. Very disappointing. People's medical needs are far too important for this kind of failure.
