2024-07-15	Ca*****	I don't want to blame the app necessarily, but the only option is to request a refill. No way to make a payment or see pending medications already filled waiting to be picked up or mailed. The app does not close the gap with a pharmacy who is only open banking hours. Not the apps fault either.

2024-02-01	St*****	Never received a verification email. No way to request it be resent, can't log in without clicking verification link that was supposed to be received I. The email. Very disappointing. People's medical needs are far too important for this kind of failure.

2023-11-27	Da*****	Nearly every time I try to log into the app to manage my refills, the app thinks for a few seconds before crashing completely and going back to my phone's main menu. Barely functional.

2023-10-25	Br*****	App had been working, now it will not load any prescription information or previous data and will not login. I have always wanted this app to show when the prescriptions have been filled and are ready for pickup as other apps do. Currently, this app is completely useless as you cannot even access it.

2023-03-06	La*****	This app does absolutely nothing but lock your phone up. I had it for a while and it never worked. I was never able to refill anything. And so I uninstalled it and reinstalled now because now it just locks up your screen and does nothing. It's totally useless. The only reason it gets one star is because you can't leave a review with 0 stars.

2022-04-11	Ri*****	Keeps crashing after update., Edit: redsail fixed the issue, seems to be working now. 4/11/22, unable to login. Getting sorry try later message... I loath ordering from this app because of the issues. I will likely be changing pharmacies because of this app being unreliable.

2021-10-05	Ja*****	I installed this app after scanning the QR code at my doctor's office. The GPS functionality of my phone is fine but this app was unable to locate 8 different pharmacies by name that were located in my city, even though I searched within a 50 mile radius. I even manually located my pharmacy on the map and clicked on it but the app was unresponsive to that as well. I deleted the app.

2021-08-30	fr*****	Update ..app continually crashes,, uninstalled and having difficulty reinstalling it. Just found this as a new version. Not as user friendly as old version, but makes refilling scripts easier none the less.

2021-07-04	Je*****	Can't use it because it can't verify me because the app can't handle a hyphenated last name. It errors saying last name must contain all alphabetical characters. If I remove the hyphen and leave a space, same error. If I remove the space and have it all one name it says it can't find a match... because that's not my name! Also tried using just the first half of my name or the last half. Nope, can't verify me. How do you make an app with a last name field that can't handle a hyphen? Seriously?

2021-02-04	An*****	Every time I try to login it either times out and shuts down after a long wait or it says there is a problem. It is very difficult to use and I have to end up calling the pharmacy to refill. One of the worst apps I have ever used.
