SmartRent has been frustrating to use. The thermostat features work well, but there are frequent errors and ongoing issues with the app. The biggest problems have been with the water heater and washer, which have been difficult to resolve despite multiple support requests. Communication is often unclear, and there is rarely a clear timeline or solution provided. It feels like there is always another issue arising, making the overall experience disappointing and unreliable.
