Recent reviews

Watch app signs out and asks for a sign in in worst times. This bug wasn’t in the latch app. The watch app became very unreliable with this bug.

A couple of weeks ago iOS shortcuts stopped working with this app. I was using Siri to unlock doors which was very helpful. I tried getting support but their app is where chat support is. So they ask you for the app version and when you go to look for it the chat ends. Then you have to start over completely with a different rep. Total mess and very frustrating to use.
