This app and the lock itself has been nothing but problems. The NFC unlock works about 25% of the time, making it useless. The intercom system doesn't work at all, the app just crashes as soon as you get a buzz. The lock keypad is heat sensitive so if the sun is beaming down on the keypad, it enters all kinds of random numbers. If you are thinking about installing this system at your apartment complex, don't. It is more pain and hassle than traditional keys and a simple callbox.
