Yup, our apartment complex got this, and it is not helpful. The thermostat we installed previously was actually smart. The smart rent thermostat is bugging and unresponsive. No issues with the door yet, knock on wood, but I am sure there will be. Just give me a key to unlock my door. UPDATE: the smart lock is just as bad as the thermostat.
