Logging in and loading takes forever, recently getting a certificate error. If your house is set on 70 for example and you want to adjust to 69 or 72, it starts at 35 and you have to scroll all the way to where you want to set the temp instead of starting at your current temperature setting. Can't pay my bill through this app. Doesn't connect to my door as described.

The complex I am staying at makes this app obligatory. It’s unfortunate bc the integration for smart devices is absolute rubbish. Thermostat never works through app and options for front door lock is missing so many needed components
