User Reviews

Users generally appreciate the app’s remote door lock, thermostat, and leak-sensor features for convenience and security, but widespread complaints about reliability, connectivity, and ecosystem gaps persist. Frequent offline issues, thermostat problems, and UI bugs impede use, while lack of HomeKit/Shortcuts/Siri support and privacy concerns add to frustrations. Overall, the app is valuable when it works but reliability and integration gaps are the dominant negatives.
Pros
  • When it works, the app enables convenient remote door lock control.
  • Remote thermostat control adds comfort and can work with sensors for safety.
  • Leak sensors/alerts provide safety while away.
  • Overall ease of use and intuitive design when the app is functioning.
  • Centralized control of apartment devices from a mobile app.
Cons
  • Frequent connectivity/offline issues make it hard to unlock doors or adjust devices.
  • Lack of HomeKit/Apple ecosystem integration (no Siri, Shortcuts, Watch, or Celsius support).
  • Thermostat controls are unreliable: temperature changes may not apply or thermostat fails to connect.
  • App stability issues: bugs, crashes or black screens and weak troubleshooting from support.
  • Privacy and security concerns: data collection/sharing with third parties and insufficient MFA.

Just moved in. This app makes everything so thorough yet easy. Am a rancher from eastern Montana and must admit that this is an escalation of technology I actually like.
