A minority still finds it helpful when it works, but persistent bugs and slow support push many users to consider alternatives. Improvements needed: reliability, persistent login, stable device control, stronger hub connectivity, and better Apple ecosystem integration.

Recent reviews

There seems to be an issue where the app will automatically log you out and it is a nightmare trying to login back in. The login and password can be reset multiple times and still not work despite being correct. If you try more than thrice it kicks you out. In the year and a half I’ve had this it has not been fixed.

this app is constantly signing me out. i have to force close and then open it again

Won’t let me login to the app. I’ve tried trying to start a new account, forgot password and it won’t work. Worked great until this update and hope the 1 star will help them see and fix the bug
