The biofeedback is amazing. It's takes the having to concentrate challenge out of slow breathing. when I'm dealing with stressful situations I can't control. I find it calming to have something I can control with my breathing. It does this in a doesn't require thinking about timing or having to listen to a voice. My favorite way to use Vayou is to lay down, using the mode that plays audio based on sensing as you breath in and out. Then I work breathing as slow as possible. It creates a "game" that's easy to learn, but can always be improved on. I try inhale as slow as possible to make the sound of the waves hitting the beach happen slowly. I really appreciate that the waves sound goes for 1-2 to seconds after I finish inhaling because I can automatically start exhaling as soon as the sound finishes and will have held my breath in just long enough. On exhale I try to make the waves receding sound take as long as possible too. Just like with inhaling, I wait until the wind sound finishes to inhale again.
