HOW IT WORKS

Simply recline in a comfortable sitting or lying position, place your phone on your lower abdomen then breathe deeply and naturally from your belly. As you inhale and exhale, your phone gently tilts upward and downward, generating soothing, chill-out sounds in perfect sync with your breathing to guide you into deeper relaxation.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Properly place the phone, face up, horizontally on your lower, lower belly (i.e. well below your navel) otherwise the phone will not tilt upward and backward as your belly inflates and deflates and the app will simply not work.
Breathe deeply from your belly so as for your abdomen to inflate/deflate and cause the phone to tilt upward/backward in sync with your breathing.
Make sure your phone’s volume is turned up before starting in order to hear the sounds in sync with your breathing.
You must be able to breathe deeply from your belly and not from your upper chest, otherwise the phone will not tilt in sync with your breathing and the app will not work.
The app is in landscape mode. When you want to quit, just close it like any other app by sliding your finger on the screen from bottom to top (in landscape mode).
