I completely love this app. It was a very humbling app in all the right ways. The exercises really teach you that you don’t need an entire gym for an incredible workout and your body is enough! The only reason I gave it four stars is because I really wished that it connected to Apple health. I love seeing all my data in my apple Fitness app and Apple health app and knowing what exercises came where. The exercises really teach you that you don’t need an entire gym for an incredible workout and your body is enough! If you’re someone who has obstacles getting to the gym every day or stay consistent which is ultimately what’s needed to get that dream body, this app really does solve all those problems! Give it a try! Your body will thank you!

I’ve started using this app since last year so it’s been over a year since I’ve used this app and for beginners and advanced calithetics it’s perfect, there is a subscription but that’s optional everything else is free the app is fun and easy to use and ever since last year I’ve been using this app for my workouts daily and the progress you make is insane especially since I’m a teen who has always been skinny however my main draw back is that the app does crash a lot for me and most workouts I find strange but overall great app!
