2020-08-14	LL*****	Ok so I have no idea what to do because every time I try to type in the Situation in the Thought Diary it glitches then kicks me out of the app! My counselor recommended this app because I can’t go there often because of COVID-19 and it’s super hard for me to talk about my anxiety so please fix that.

2019-05-07	Fl*****	Thank you for this!! The breathe feature kept me out of the hospital this morning! I get pretty severe tachycardia during panic attacks and this helped me bring my heart rate down.
