How to install Quicktab for Zendesk by Tymeshift from a CRX file

NOTE: Sometimes the browser may block downloading / installing CRX file from outside the Chrome Web Store. If so, you may need to use option 1, or download the ZIP file instead.
In the URL bar, go to chrome://extensions
Enable Developer mode
Drag and drop the downloaded Quicktab for Zendesk by Tymeshift CRX file into the Extensions page
