Zendesk Download Router is a Chrome extension that allows you to automatically route the downloads of Zendesk attachments into separate folders based on the ticket number, title, or organization name. It also enables easy access to previously downloaded files and the ability to download all attachments at once for each ticket comment.

The Zendesk Download Router allows you to specify how you want to route your Zendesk attachment downloads. You can set a custom path based on the incoming ticket ID, ticket title or ticket organization name.

At first didn't work for me, but quick message to Dev and few hours later it works as perfectly. Great addition, no more mess in downloads. I still have to workout symlinks for it to work with OneDrive, but as for now it is awsome.
