✅Keep it simple with the CRM essentials
Built with simplicity and usability in mind, InboxCRM is the solution for individual contributors, small teams, and startup founders.
The UI is excellent. It's like streak but missing a few critical items:
1. Not possible to add an existing conversation into a specific stage of a pipeline
2. no side bar
3. No click to call
4. does not tag the stage or deal name to existing emails
Facing the same issue as the most recent review poster. There's not a way to add an existing conversation into a specific stage of a pipeline. This is where Streak shone.
Totally loving the idea of the simplicity of the extension fit for solopreneurs. Especially after Streak axed its Solo and Free tiers without warning. In fact, I learned about this extension from a Reddit thread discussion the latter. However, I'm a bit lost - I'm not seeing any way to create a new deal from existing emails, which is a large part of how deals come in. I only see a green "+" sign when I choose to manually create a new email. But not when replying (say, a conversation has become a lead) or when wanting to elevate existing emails to deals, which is the main point of doing CRM inside Gmail in the first place. I disabled various extensions that could be interfering with InboxCRM to no avail. Wondering, if I'm missing something or this is in fact not a function currently available.
