List Perfectly Multi-Channel

This is so much more than just cross posting to many platforms. It also helps with my finances and gives me snapshots of how I am doing across them all. I love that my listings never disappear as well as how easy it is to mark things sold as they sell. I usually have on of a kind items so it is important for it to be easy for me to end listings if they sell elsewhere. There are bugs that crop up now and then. With any listing platform this would be true because the selling sites are constantly updating and making things work differently, even if we do not see the changes, so a bug has to crop up for them to know to fix it. The customer service is good, the tech support is good, they can even have you submit screen recordings easily so they can see the issue in action. My only complaint, is, if bugs do crop up and you are not able to use the system very well until they are fixed they do not offer any type of refund or partial refund for that month. I went two weeks without being able to use it normally which added a lot of time and me getting less listed and while I got tech support, they only ended up saying they will keep an eye on it and try to get a fix in when they figure it out. I still had to pay my full month that month even though it did not do me much good. Other than that, this is outstanding, I have used several services and this is by far the best. The image editor they have far outshines their competitors as well. Two things for my wish list, 1. I would suggest them more using their affiliate program but it only pays out through Paypal (YUCK) I would never use that service for my money. 2. I wish when something sold it would auto-delist. I know that is a tall order, but I can wish. All and all, great job to the LP team!

I normally love this extension and this company. However, I've been having some technical issues lately and have attempted to seek advice and information from the company's Facebook Group (after opening a ticket directly was unhelpful), only to have my questions and comments deleted by the admins, presumably because they highlight some of the program's flaws and don't simply sing the company's praises. I do not like feeling like my hard-earned money is going to a company who will not only ignore me, but will actively erase any attempt I make at reaching out and getting help from other users or community members as well. This review reflects this frustration, and will remain up until someone from List Perfectly reaches out to me directly to help me resolve these issues in a more proactive and professional way.
