The application will create a personalized diet plan for you based on the principle of a healthy and varied diet and taking into account your goal, i.e. whether you want to lose weight, maintain it, or gain it.

With the application, you can not only lose weight and shape your body, but also enjoy diverse, delicious and healthy food!

The application will let you know what your daily energy and macronutrient needs are. If necessary, you can determine your calories and macronutrients yourself or with the guidance of a specialist.

Follow a personalized diet plan or track your diet independently. You have a database of local products and foods at your disposal - use the search or scan the barcode and the diary will automatically calculate both calories and macronutrients. The nutrition diary also shows your daily progress and this by different meals.

Use a constantly updated recipe library. You will find many simple, delicious and healthy recipes for yourself and your whole family. You can add and change recipes, as well as replace recipe ingredients. You can also create your own personal recipes. The application automatically calculates calories and macronutrients for each recipe.

Track your progress. To do this, you will find statistics and a graph of weight, measurements and calories consumed in the application.
