Seems easy to use but sometimes it doesn't load the points correctly. I've been collecting points since 2017. It seems to pay off but takes a long time to gather enough for a flight.

This extension is terrible, and the AAdvantage website hasn't been working almost all year for me. I was told to use the extension and it's not any better. I got loyalty points and miles all the time in 2023, now I have to keep a spreadsheet and nothing is tracking natively. It takes 2+ weeks since the transaction before you can request for missing miles, and then they take 4-6 weeks to research anything it at almost every retailer. It's utter garbage. Not worth your time, don't give them your data.

I can't believe I have missed out on so many points by not using this to begin with. I shop online almost exclusively and since installing the extension have really racked up the points. Super easy to use, love it!
