This is FRAUD. Rakuten steals money from small creators by swapping in their own affiliate cookies when you activate rewards. Rakuten earns a commission on every purchase you make, then chucks 10% rewards in your face to distract you from what they're actually doing. "If you start a shopping session using the Browser Extension, it will set a cookie [...] on your device through our affiliate network for the purpose of tracking your shopping session and crediting your Cash Back reward." rakuten was doing great about sending me "big fat checks". Now I can't even log into my rakuten site. what's up with that? I see that I have a credit of $21 and some odd cents in change. When I try to log into my page it keeps coming up "oops there was a problem" i don't understand why. Right now I'm just trying to find their phone number so I can find out what's going on? i can't even get that.
