I spent a crapload of money at Christmas, and told my family how much money I could save using Rakuten. With the 20% off at Under Armour, a bunch of us went in on over $300 of clothing. I figured out how much everyone owed me with the 20% off and everyone paid, me. I came to the site to see when my check was coming, and now I'm almost crying. I too was an Ebate customer, but Rakuten is not reliable.

They get you to install the extension by pretending you will get $10 for installing it on edge. Then you won't get ****.
Stay away from Rakuten. Look at the number of reviewers accusing them of fraud.

My name is Frank, and I started using Rakuten about six years ago (at that time it was known as "E-Bates).
I have the same problem as Cynthia, not getting paid for purchases. And being told the seller did not provide Rakuten with any information regarding my purchase. (This happened all the time with Temu) Then about six months ago I started getting the "Your Browser is working too hard" notice; so, between not getting paid and not being able to access the program I rarely try to use Rakuten anymore.
