Built for the floor
When you train several people in one session, you need every client's program on the same phone. Open a training profile per client, start more than one session at once, and log sets while they rest. Switch between clients in a tap so nobody waits on your clipboard.

Programs you actually assign
Build a training program for clients with exercises by muscle group (or your own), planned sets, weight, reps, and rest. Put the week on a calendar — start it, skip it, or move it when life happens. Assign the plan once; they follow it on their phone.

Invite and stay in sync
Premium unlocks coach–client sync. Invite clients by link, code, or QR. Their sessions and results update live while they train, so you see who hit a PR and who skipped leg day without chasing screenshots.

Logging that keeps up between sets
No signal in the basement racks? Log weight, reps, and rest offline and pick up mid-session if you get pulled away. Fast enough to use between sets — not instead of them. Solo coaches can train themselves in the same app when the floor is quiet.

What actually happened
Every session shows planned vs performed side by side, plus volume, streaks, and goals. Clear enough to coach from; honest enough to call progress when it's real.
